The Cusco reinforcement brackets provide additional support for the steering rack mounting. They are designed to reduce the compliance of the mount and thus support more precise steering response.
The set includes the brackets for the left and right sides.
Details
- Additional reinforcement of the steering rack mount
- Set for left and right
Important installation note
For installation, the standard underbody panel must be partially cut out or drilled. Please follow the vehicle-specific instructions in the enclosed installation manual.
Effect
The additional support is aimed at a more direct steering feel. How clearly you perceive the change depends on the existing suspension setup and the condition of the steering rack mounting.
