The set is based on single-row RGBIC LED strips with an IP68 protection rating. The strips are protected against dust and water, making them suitable for exterior vehicle mounting. The big advantage over simple RGB underglow kits lies in the RGBIC technology. Classic RGB strips can generally only display one color at a time across the entire strip. The entire strip will light up green, blue, or red, or change colors in unison. RGBIC goes much further: the LED strips can be controlled in segments, allowing them to display multiple colors simultaneously.

This is precisely what creates the effects known from high-end show lighting. Scrolling rainbows, color gradients, chaser effects, RGB sweeps, disco modes, or multicolored animations are significantly more vivid with RGBIC than with simple RGB strips. Around 260 standard color variants and effects are available via the app. Colors can be freely adjusted, and there are various dynamic programs such as RGB sweeps, color changes, disco effects, or the well-known scrolling rainbow effect often seen in social media videos.

The standard set is equipped with the following LED lengths:

• 2x 150 cm for the sides of the vehicle
• 2x 60 cm for the front
• 2x 60 cm for the rear

With a total output of 77.8 W and a light output of 7,128 lm, the standard set already provides strong illumination for many vehicles. For the most discreet installation possible, the well-known "Invisible" strips can be added as an option to the single-row set. This allows the lighting to be integrated cleanly and unobtrusively under the vehicle without the LED strips being directly in focus.

Installation and Connection

Installation is typically carried out along the rocker panels and in the front and rear areas of the vehicle. The strips are simply adhered in place and routed past the wheel arches using the appropriate extension cables. The LED strips should be mounted so that they do not shine directly outward, but rather cast the light cleanly onto the ground. At the same time, they must be protected from direct stone impacts, hot components, moving parts, and areas subject to heavy wear.

A relay for the 12V vehicle electrical system is included for the electrical connection. The power supply is connected with a fuse, and a separate switch is also included. This allows the underglow to be physically turned on and off independently of the app or remote control. The supplied extension cables make it easier to route the wiring to the individual areas of the vehicle.

We recommend taking the time to plan the cable routing before starting installation. Clean attachment, protected cable paths, and sufficient clearance from the exhaust, drive shafts, steering, axle parts, and jack points are particularly important. The cleaner the installation, the better the light pattern will look and the longer the system will last.
